31 Days and Counting....

We have one month left to a new year.  I keep hearing chatter of people saying that they can't wait to say goodbye to 2020.  My question and thought is what will be different on 1.1.2021?  Will the pandemic be gone?  Will California be out of lockdown?  Will our children be back in school without masks?  I highly doubt it.  So, it would make sense to focus on the now.  We don't know what the future holds except that God tells us in Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."  That means that no matter what comes our way...we are good!  Knowing this has been the only way I have been able to survive these last 9 months.
